At ScanKarona, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding refunds for our digital services.

1. Digital Services

Since ScanKarona provides digital QR card services that are accessible immediately upon purchase/activation, we generally do not offer refunds once a Pro plan has been activated.

2. Technical Issues

If you are unable to use our services due to a technical failure on our part, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate the issue and, if we cannot fix it, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you have been charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate payment immediately upon verification.
